3. AIR TRAVEL

The District Six Museum is arranging flights for a limited number of speakers and guests; if you are a part of that group we will advise you of your flight details via email once registration is received.

If you are attending the conference and wish to use the pre-arranged ground transport and accommodation please advise of your confirmed flight schedule in the table below. Please fax through a copy of your itinerary with your registration form. Details of where to fax or email information are provided at the end of the form.

4. ACCOMMODATION

Limited space is available at the recommended hotel, The Townhouse Hotel, therefore if you require accommodation it is essential to reserve immediately. This hotel is in walking distance to the District Six Museum and District Six site.

There is a special rate available if your accommodation is booked through the conference organisers otherwise international guests will be subjected to a higher room rate. All requests for bookings need to be received by 05 May 2005 . The prices quoted below are inclusive of breakfast.

5. PAYMENT FOR REGISTRATION

The conference registration fee will be ZAR450 for the entire four days. Please note that there is limited space and registration forms will be received on a first come first serve basis. The final deadline for registration is 05 May 2005 . Please note that registration fees are not refundable.

Please note that the conference organisers only receive payment for registration, ground transport and accommodation, not for flights.
